Newly renovated apartment with stunning sea views The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022 with a lot of love for detail and equipped with new furniture. The terrace with size of about 20 sqm impresses with its sunny view with magnificent 180 degrees sea view, depending on weather conditions all the way to Ibiza. The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
