40 m from the lake and the bay. Large single-family home in child-friendly surroundings. Private UTV hot tub. Can provide up to 12 beds. Large new outdoor living room with terrace heater and new fire pit at the back of the house. New outdoor kitchen with gas grill Buried trampoline, outdoor toys and a large sandbox in the garden. Bikes in different sizes can be borrowed. Lots of toys and PlayStation, climbing wall and turn bar for kids in the loft We have a fish pond in the garden. There is the possibility that a boat can be rented. Panorama Hotel and Resort are 10 min away.

Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Large single-family home of 250 sqm (built in 2016)with a unique location in the summer just off Gullfjellvannet. Possibility to borrow sup board Large outdoor area with large lawn and trampoline. There is a garden table, gas grill and outdoor sofa to relax in. The home is located on two floors, 4 large bedrooms, basement living room, 2 baths. We have baby bed on request. For the children there are football goals, football table games, PlayStation 5, dollhouse and children's bikes. 20 km to Bergen city centre.

Bright and cozy Funkis style single-family home from the 1960s- 4 bedroom. The house is high and free with stunning views of the city fjord and Bergen. Bathing area and outdoor area across the street . Great hiking terrain with easy access to the city mountains. There is a short distance (5 min) walk to the bus and grocery. Only a 7-minute drive from the City Centre, Bus No. 12 and No. 19 leave from Festplassen.Good outdoor areas with several terraces and an outdoor living room under the roof. Parkering on property. Stairs up to the house.

The home is perfect for families looking to vacation. Here there is plenty of room, large outdoor areas with balcony and garden, lovely views and sunny until late evening. It is a short walk to hiking areas, and the train station is a short drive away. The trip to Bergen city centre takes 8 min. The home is over two floors. Bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and a large living room and kitchen with open solution on the second floor. 4 bedrooms and ground floor bathroom. Bunk to large balcony with barbecue from the living room.

Best location in Bergen, townhouse and garden

This unique, well renovated, original wooden tree house with is the perfect get away. It has got a fjord view, a gorgeous garden and is situated on lovely Nordnes, only 10 minutes walk from Bergen centrum. This unique place is very carefully decorated and designed with a lot of features that will make your eye and heart happy. The garden is stunning! Three big bedroom, two with a double bed and one with a childrens bed (up to 6 years). A big hall can hold a double floating matress if needed.

Architect designed villa by the sea with heated pool. The house is made by the award-winning Canadian architect Todd Saunders. The villa has a large boat house which is perfect for a meal by the sea, a private pier, a stunning garden with loads of nice flowers and delicious berries, a hot-tub and swimming pool which is heated from April until October (about 30 degrees). The house has been location for the tv-series "Rykter" (Rumours) and for the interior design shop Nille's summer catalogue.

Villa Godvik with spectacular view by the sea

A villa/house 12 minutes from Bergen city center by car. It is spacey and has a great location with the most amazing view from both the kitchen and living room windows (see pictures) and all three bedrooms! A great cinema room with large screen and surround system. The villa is located by the sea with a large garden, multiple private areas for barbecuing, dining and recreation, private quay where you can sunbathe or go swimming.

Exclusive villa with stunning views and sunny

Fantastic sea view with the approach to Bergen and very good sunny conditions. Sunset at approx. 23.15 in the month of July. Quiet and peaceful at the end of a private road. Good fishing and swimming opportunities on the island. Fresh fish can also be bought from local fishermen who come in from the sea every morning. Fantastic to kayak in the archipelago. Easy to go to Bergen city centre by car or bus
