Cozy, comfortable, roomy and clean. One level house on private dead-end road on the North end of Lake Gogebic. Bring the toys (or local rentals available) and drive from the house to the ORV trail for snowmobiling or ATV. Ample parking, close to restaurant and local. Private dock, boat lift station, screened porch, fire pit, charcoal grill, cable TV, Wifi, unbelievable Sunsets. The seasonal summer guest house (Closed in Winter) has a kitchenet, 3/4 bath, eating area, full bedroom & cable TV.

Come stay on our hobby farm with us! We are in a great central location to multiple hiking trails and gorgeous falls. We have had many guests visit the sea caves in Cornucopia, spend the day in Bayfield, or hike the Porcupine Mountains. We also are only a few miles from the ATV trails if you would rather spend the day riding the trails. We have multiple places to mountain bike or kayak. Whitley House

Get away from it all! Step back, unplug, and enjoy nature at its finest. There is no WiFi or cable, but a tv with DVDs, books and some board games. The Whitley house is furnished with all the essentials plus some and if you have a special request or need we do everything we can to try to accommodate you. 10 mins from Lake Gogebic County Park and many other fishing spots. A short drive to the Porcupine Mountains and directly off the ATV/snowmobile trail that runs through Marenisco.

It is 8 miles from the town of L’Anse, and a 40 minute drive to Houghton. Cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and ORV trails are minutes away. Participate in the many summer and winter fishing tournaments in the area or relax and unwind on the private beach. A boat launch area is a short walk down the beach.
