Magnificent view, really foot in the sand!!!!

The apartment is really a foot in the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Distance of approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We have been renting the apt for more than 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families staying with us. Maximum Airbnb Assessment! In the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting hosts. We have contracts with laundry, air conditioning company and a person of the "Do Everything" type that is available 24 hours. Cleaning and' excellent staff, are with us from the beginning.

Cozy beachfront apartment (10m from ocean)

Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

The apartment is very comfortable in sight is beautiful , it is practically on the sand with beach service with chairs and tent. We have an adult and heated children's pool. The decor and light and beautiful ,we have everything a house needs if you need help we have a great employee who charges the daily rate separately ,we will be in touch. I'm sure you will enjoy it very much. This is a paradise !!We're near the mall,restaurants,golf course,tennis court...

My place is called "Foot in the Sand", you just need to cross the garden to get to the beach. Ideal for families with children. The apartment is well planned and cozy. It's been newly renovated. It has all the kitchen basics. The condominium has beach service, adult and children's heated pool, living room/TV, barbecue and parking. Located in module 4, a 10-minute walk from the mall. You'll love my space. The view and the location are spectacular.

Charming house, well ventilated, with a lovely garden. Sleeps 10 comfortably. It has broadband internet, as well as a balcony, hammocks and a BBQ kiosk. Located on block H of the Costa do Sol condominium in Guaratuba, the house is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Check in and check out are at 12pm, and the condominium does not allow loud noise after 10 pm

My space is very well located, close to the beach (150 meters). The apartment is very nice and complete, good for couples and families with up to 2 children. There is free wifi, free beach service (chairs, table and sunshade. We don't offer bedding or shower towels, or hygene products (toilet paper, soap...). However, there is a market near the condominium.
