Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Calm 6 persons house with garden near Limoges

This 72 m² independant house, at the end of the road next to a wood, is build on a 560m² garden, kept clear by a gardener. Composed with 3 principals rooms and a conservatory with a cooler/heater which is the dining room. There is an alarm and every room has electric shutters. You can park in the common parking of the street. Perfect for all ages couples with or without young children. We don't advice this house for teenagers. Of course every nationality people are welcomed !

Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

The wooded land on 6 ha is loved in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill camp along the bief; a bamboo garden softened the north flan while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the wood. The facade mirrors the old residential house and the crumbling barn.

My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon.(20 minutes from the A20 highway) Lots of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (paid wood) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette ( fridge, microwave oven, electric oven and two gas fires) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine room with baby bed,on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 single bed TV and internet access.

Nous mettons à disposition des voyageurs un espace privé se situant au RDC de notre habitation. Il comprend une cuisine, une chambre, Salle de bain (espace partagé avec la chaufferie et la pompe de la piscine) et WC. Vous bénéficiez également de l’accès à la piscine (mise en service de juin à mi septembre).
