Bayview: 4-Bedroom Guesthouse with Amazing Views

All rooms got ACs & wifi. We got cable TV connection, Netflix & Spotify subscriptions. We are inside a very quiet & peaceful subdivision, 25 mins away from the airport, 10 mins away from the city centre. It has superb views of the bay & hills from the balcony & Mt. Mayon from the upper rooftop. You'll be surrounded by gardens & beautiful, some scented, flowers. Welcome the sunrise on our balcony & chill out with sundowner on our rooftop while admiring the sunset hues & the lights along the bay.

New house near the beach

Relax with family in our peaceful home. Our house is located 5 min. walk to Bagasbas beach. The house has 3 bedrooms all w/ double bed, closet and AC. The master bedroom has its own bath/toilet. The living room has a nice sitting area, where you can relax or watch tv on the 65" tv. Netflix is available. The Kitchen is fully equipped incl. stow, oven, microwave and a large refrigerator . Dinning area can seat up to 8 people. You ca also sit outside and eat or relax under a roof.

My place is close to Bagasbas Beach where you can enjoy surfing or just walking along the shore to enjoy the breeze. There are also plenty of restaurants at the beach front that you can try. Public transport (tricycle) is available if you intend to go to town. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance. It is so quiet and very breezy during the night. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

A 2-storey beach house at Buenavista, Gubat, Sorsogon, at beachfront, near Lola Sayong. It has 5 bedrooms (4 w aircon) & 12 beds, good for 12 adults & 3 kids. Spillovers may be accommodated on 5 foldable beds w/ mattress in the living areas. Main bathroom on the 1st floor & a secondary bathrm at ground level. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bathrooms. Pathway from main road is narrow, best for cars. Vans can pass, wiith caution.
