Our cozy, quiet 1-room apartment is located in the district of Bockelsberg close to the center. It offers the ideal combination of relaxation in the city and the nature. Downtown can be reached in just under 10 minutes by bike. University, bus connection, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are only 5 minutes away (on foot). The newly expanded apartment is entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage facility for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

The house is situated in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest , about 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. I expect a tastefully furnished complete , ground-level floor . You can enjoy the large , well-kept garden , with a magnificent view of the vastness . For a small extra charge is possible to book a yoga - or Qi - gong hour. Four bicycles are available for excursions to the heath. We are also happy to pick guests up from the train station for a small extra charge .

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dike! Our residential building and detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual designs and with a lot of love for detail. The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and barely noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a place to relax. Lüneburg is about a half-hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 min away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.

The apartment is located in a 100-year-old barn of an idyllic, 26 soul village in the middle of (almost) unspoilt nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It is an area without superlatives. Everything very normal without big attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate about this area. Lots of nature, wide views and little distraction. It is a place where you can come to rest and draw strength.
