Stay on the Beach! We are located right outside of the protected beach zone for Manuel Antonio making it only steps away from the most sought after beach in Costa Rica! Right now we also have a construction discount as well. We are usually 100 percent booked at 495, but they are building next door so we are offering huge discounts! They usually only work from 8-5 Monday through Friday, which is usually when you will be at the beach or enjoying all the areas activities!

Entire bottom floor of house. 2 bedroom space in Manuel Antonio. 15 min walk to the beach. room 1 has a queen size bed second room has a queen bed, accommodating a total of 4 guests. The rate is for two guests, extra pay additional $18 per guest . Across the street there is atm/bus stop to park & beach, supermarket spa, and the beach is at 15 min walking distance downhill or 5 min ride in the bus. Casa Tranquilidad features a large infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi, large game room, beautiful gardens with plentiful fruit trees and a small but beautiful ocean view! The home has four bedrooms and four and half baths and sleeps up to 12 people and comes complete with daily housekeeping service and free concierge! Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms while the rest of the house features open air in social areas with ceiling fans though out.

Beach House with Great Ocean View!

A fantastic view of the national park and ocean from the balcony, living room and bedrooms; excellent location near three beaches, restaurants, ATM and convenience store. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Our internet speed is 100 mbps. About 3 flights of stairs to the front door. It is a two story building. We are the closest unit to the parking lot.
