Spacious (120m2) exclusive apartment with everything you need for a carefree stay in Utrecht. Perfect for families and one or two couples. Enjoy the entertainment options like Sonos sound system, Smart TV with Chromecast, Netflix and smart ambient lightning, while period touches include stained glass, high ceilings and authentic chandeliers. The apartment is devided over 2 floors and had a total size of around 120 square meter. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family with (young) kids, 2 couples or single couples who needs some extra space. Also business- and solo-travellers are more than welcome to stay. On the first floor: A toilet and small room with desk, a spacious living room with large sofa, TV (with Chromecast) and music equipment. Via the living room there is an entrance to the balcony. Open kitchen with all facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher. This whole floor has the authentic high ceilings which give a very spacious feeling. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. In case of any questions or doubts; don't hesitate to send us a message. Note: This apartment is not suitable for parties or loud group of people. Please have a party in the city or stay elsewhere. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

On the edge of the forest you will find our B & B. It is less than 30 minutes by bike (10 minutes by car) from Utrecht. By Public transport or car you are within half an hour in Amsterdam. This comfortable, clean, bright and spacious apartment is located at the most beautiful canal in the historic heart of Utrecht and within walking distance of all sights. It's the whole top floor of our characteristic, monumental house dating from 1475 and it has a great view over the canal from the living room. The apartment is the upper floor (35m2) in a historic house (1930's) . Your private space consists of 2 rooms, bathroom and walk-in cupboard. You can sleep in separate rooms if you wish. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge). Parking space in front of house, free in weekends and free during week at Vulcanusdreef, 5 min walk. The house is located in a green neighbourhood, 10 minutes from centre by bike, 25 minutes walking,. Towels are present. The house is non smoking.

Our studio guesthouse is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses. Comfortable accomodation (2p) in green area

In our annex we have a 2-person accomodation. It has its own living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Both accomodations have acces to their own terrace and to our garden. Our garden is located in the green surroundings of the Maxima Park. The bustling cosiness of Utrecht can be reached in 10 minutes. Although our accommodation is still called 'Bed and Breakfast', the accomodations are self-catered and breakfast is not included in the service.
