Welcome to the Piccolo Cottage. Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Pet Friendly, but the yards are not fenced. We are close to a park to walk your dogs. We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Welcome to the cottage in the country! A lovely spot to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet. This spot is within 10 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, Netflix, and a cozy pellet stove to keep warm. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

We live on 10 acres that is 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the U of O campus, 45 minutes from OSU and just 800m from the Willamette River. Hazelnuts are the crop of choice as you will notice while driving down Lone Pine Dr.. You will wake up to the sound of birds singing as well as the views of the orchards out the cottage windows.
