We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista del primo bacino del lago di Como ed ammirare la città.

A Jewel of Lake View

The apartment is located in Moltrasio in the upper part of the town (Tosnacco), so it offers an amazing view of the lake, even from the bedroom. The living and dining area has a comfortable pull-out sofa so the house can easily accomodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The large bathroom is well appointed with a ‘tropical rain’ shower on natural stones. But attention: the house is ca. 200 m above the public parkings, so you need to be fit to get up the stairs!

This loft is located on a quiet road, just ten minutes walk from the beautiful Torno's Harbour where you will find bars and restaurants. The town of Como is only 7km away and it is easily reachable by bus or by boat. At the moment Torno's Harbour is closed for maintenance. According to the authorities, it should be reopened the first week of May.

Completely reformed with modern taste, this lovely apartment is ideal for a couple or if you need I can put a single bed more or a sofa bed and could be for a family of three. If there's a baby it's no problem either as a baby bed, chair and bath are available. Just step out of the door and enjoy a lakeside walk.
