Everything is included with double burner cooktop and convection over with all essential cookware. Close to everything Brandon has to offer. 15 minutes to downtown Tampa. Close to I-75 & I-4. 1 hour from Disney & multiple beaches. 5 minutes from the Mall & movie theater. Quiet neighborhood with mature oaks throughout. Great for walking or jogging. Sorry, no pets.

The Guest House at Riverbend Retreat Fla.

True Florida-style living under the oaks and palms on the Alafia River with beautiful views and comfortable beds. We include use of the pool, spa, fire pit, hammock, putting green, yard games, BBQ and dock area. There are additional bedrooms in the adjoining house for larger groups. Fisherman can cast into the river with expectations of catching Sheepshead, Red Snapper, Speckled Trout, Snook, Spotted Bass and Florida Gar off the dock. We also catch blue crabs.

Cute, spacious apartment located in Historic Kenwood, which was named 2020 “Neighborhood of the year” by NUSA. Our apartment is above our large garage. Lots of charm and just enough space to spread out a little for some privacy. Located close to downtown, walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries and bars but still a short drive to our beautiful beaches. You access the apartment through our side gate and up an exterior stairway.
