This newly renovated 3BR/2BA home has all the amenities of home—a large and beautiful kitchen/dining area, ample seating in living area, master en-suite with king bed. All bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses. Completely fenced in back and side yard. Cleaned and sanitized with non-toxic cleaners and no perfumes or artificial scents for the allergy sensitive. I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms.Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Access to the water. 5 min. from great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. 1 dog only.

Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.
