The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is located both in the centre of the country and in the centre of the Po Delta Park, which has recently become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sea is a few kilometres away (approx. 10 min). Le Petit Jardin is a 40 m2 apartment situated in Santa Croce. It has has been renovated in August 2018 and give all comfort you need. It's in a very quiet street and has a little courtyard. It's on ground floor (behind the sofa there is a big pucture...It's not real!) No view on canal. All is new and modern. Perfect for 2 people, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living-room with a kitchenette and a sofa. There are towels and linen, Wifi and TV.

Vickey shares your information with me, the police, and the city. In Venice there are not many elevators, you will take about 50 steps but not steep.
