Duplex penthouse, GREAT for FAMILIES and COUPLES. Air-conditioned environments, (02) parking spaces, wide view of the sea. The beach is excellent for bathing, a real paradise. Nearby, markets, pharmacies, shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. Also, other beaches can be visited; firecrackers, seafood, large corner, 4 islands, etc. Note: For the high season period, December, January , February, the minimum number of people for the reservation is 8 people. In low season, this number is negotiated .

Suitable residence to share with guests (adults only) , in the center of beautiful and party people,access directly to the beach. A suite complete with a double bed, with a balcony from which you will accompany the movement of boats, jetski,yachts and animation of tourists who frequent the Floating Bars. View of Caixa d'Aço,Pereque,Meia Praia Itapema. Less than 15 minutes from Bombas, Bombinhas and Balneário Camboriú and 40 minutes from Florianópolis. We do not have additional beds.

Beautiful Beachfront Suite. With coffee!

Ideal for a couple! With breakfast, daily cleaning, parking*. It has a box bed, air conditioning, LED TV, minibar, electric kettle, microwave, bed and bath linens, balcony with ocean views, gas shower, private bathroom, wifi. In the season, we have a kiosk that serves our guests right on the sand and set up the chairs and umbrella on the beach. The bed and breakfast is “standing on the sand” with private access to the beach. On the terrace, there is a common use barbecue.
