Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, movie theater, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. Drive 15 - 20 minutes to swimming holes, great hiking trails, and ski slopes. In winter, our street is one of the first to be plowed, lending easy access to main plowed roads. We are located on a quiet, private drive just 5 minutes from downtown Boone and Appalachian State University. This is a cozy downstairs apartment with a beautiful window in the living room/hang out area to look out and enjoy the view. There is also a desk workspace for any traveling workers! We are close to local eateries, breweries, shopping and adventure! We are also just a short drive to all three ski resorts as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are a family of two plus our friendly dog!

HURRICANE NOTE: We have power, water, hot water, wifi and cool mountain air. Our road is fine and businesses in the area are opening back up and wishing visitors to return. Tiny home cabin, set in a grove of trees yet minutes to downtown Boone. Intimate two-person hot tub. Propane fireplace, two mini-split ac/heaters, two tv's fully loaded, full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, loft with queen bed. Covered porch with grill and hot tub, fire pit out back.

This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.
