Our Pods are close to the village of Kingsley which has a quaint village store & pub. Alice Holt for woodland walks and a great garden Centre which is a short walk away. You’ll love the venue because of the rural location, the snugness and comfort of the pods. The Pods are situated in an orchard on a working farm.

IMMACULATELY PRESENTED COUNTRY BARN FOR UP TO FOUR

This traditional style country barn is nestled in the beautiful Meon Valley within minutes of Jane Austen's home and surrounded by stunning Hampshire countryside that offers extensive walking and cycling routes, and some great pubs. Within a 20 min radius are the market towns of Alresford, Farnham, Petersfield and Winchester. The accommodation is very well presented, albeit a compact kitchen/living area, with a super king size bed in the spacious master bedroom which is accessed via a twin room.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Cosy log cabin with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The residence has its own private front door and is set in a village location with stunning walks and cycling routes. Parking available in the drive and in the summer, outdoor seating available. Village gem of a pub, The Crown & green is 100 yards from the property and it’s a short drive to Ludshott Common, Waggoners Wells and The Devils Punchbowl. 1.5 miles or a 4 minute drive from the wedding venue Cain Manor. Located in one of the most beautiful counties in the UK you are surrounded by wonderful countryside. You're free to roam amongst our menagerie of super friendly pet hens, ducks, pigs and our Highland calves. In addition we have our extensive collection of historic vehicles from the Iron Curtain Museum. Woodland walks are close by. Alton Town is just a mile away. Dogs are very welcome but need to be on the lead on the farm. Our two dogs, Mary and Joseph are kept in our private area.

The Cabin is a self contained space in the garden of a rural cottage in The South Downs National Park. It consists of a kitchen with oven/hob, fridge and microwave and table and chairs. A bathroom with a shower. A large space with a double bed, sofa, wood burner and tv, there is also a camp bed or travel cot available. It sits beautifully with views of fields and has access out of the back gate to Alice Holt Forest containing a historical arboretum, Go ape and the popular Gruffalo trail.
