Lovingly & comfortably furnished apartment in a rural location with great transport links to Kassel, Göttingen & Hanover. The A7, A38 and B27 are only 5 minutes away. The city center of Göttingen and the train station can be reached in a quarter of an hour. Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it leads directly past our front door. The apartment has recently been renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls and solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the noise of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. The annex was fully expanded in 2019. It has become a real gem and we are pleased to offer this modern guest apartment in a 1a location. In the immediate vicinity is the swimming lake at the leisure center, but the Werratalsee is also a short walk away. On the way there is an EDEKA supermarket. Waldkauz's guesthouse family in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventure seekers, families (with kids) and larger groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and are very comfortable regularly.
