Cozy architect-designed wooden house by the sea

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Where there's a volleyball court and a spring spring. Then you need cozy walks, swim in the water, this unique place is obvious

Right on the border of Blykobbe plantation, 700 meters from the beach and with open expanses in the backyard is this tiny house, which with its location allows you to enjoy nice nature experiences, good hiking, running and mountain biking trails and a good starting point for all the amazing experiences Bornholm offers. Wonderful modern swedish house with charm

This unique home has its very own style. The Swedish House is newly renovated on all 3 floors, respecting the unique history of the house. You live centrally in Bornholm's largest city, where there is walking distance to the cinema, cafes, shopping, etc. At the same time, there is walking distance to the forest and beach. It's easy to get around the island whether you have a car or you're on public transportation. If you want to stay at home, the home offers a lovely courtyard, covered terrace as well as orangery.

Are you into charm and summerhouse vibe in an old forge? Nice and cozy decorated old annex for our house, just two minutes from the beach and the harbor. Two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 5, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You will share a garden with us where it is possible to barbecue by appointment. In the garden, the acclaimed artist Frederik Næblerød has done a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a hot plate/hood/fridge and espresso machine

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. This small, cozy holiday apartment is located in the Dueodde Feriepark and is only about 200 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Bornholm. In the holiday park there is an outdoor pool (about from mid-June to mid-September) as well as a swimming hall, a sauna and a fitness room (about from Easter to autumn holidays) with ping pong table, foosball table and various board games.
