The house is only .5 miles from the world famous South Coast Winery along with being centrally located in all of wine country. The Interior is fully remodeled and has a fully functional piano and guitar along with all new furniture and beds! The house also has a huge front yard and backyard that is pet friendly for any sizes. The county of Riverside now requires as of 2021 a 12% transient occupancy tax.
