The cabin is spacious with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed), 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and sunny terrace. Cabin is in a great location for mountain hikes, with walking distance to swimming and fishing waters in summer, as well as an extensive trail network for cross country skiing and sledding slopes in winter. Preferably rent to families with children and a good adult who want a quiet weekend in the mountains.

All on one level: Sauna, barbecue and large terrace. Parking close to the cabin. In the cabin there are 8 beds, and 8 duvets and pillows that the tenant can freely dispose of. The tenant must bring bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths. In addition, the tenant must provide cleaning, or book this by Ljosland Fjellstove AS for NOK 1200.

Hiking, cycling, swimming, minigolf, frisbee golf, fishing and climbing within 5 km. In winter more than 100 km of cross-country ski trails and a ski centre with 5 lifts await you. On selected winter weekends there is a cosy, little mountain café (Gluggen Kafé) at the cross-country ski trail. Accsess to cross-country ski trail approx. 50 m from the cottage.

Bortelid stor, nyere hytte

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.

Lovely cabin in stunning nature

Bring the whole family to this great place with beautiful scenery! Just as nice in summer as winter with many nice hiking trails and many lovely swimming areas. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy yourself then this is the place. Pets are initially not allowed, but may be agreed directly with the owner. It is possible to rent full autumn holidays and winter holiday period by appointment. Just texting.

Cozy intimate little cottage in lovely surroundings at Brokke. Convenient living space with Internet, TV, dishwasher and possibility for electric car charger. No more than 10 minutes away from grocery store and restaurant at Rysstad. The tenant must wash and clean, empty the garbage after the stay. Open garbage storage nearby. Bed linens and towels are NOT included.
