The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. Accommodation at lovely Tyresöreservatet. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.
