One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

Cozy, rustic One room cabin.

One room rustic cabin with private bath Sleeps 4 max comfortably. Small refrigerator, coffee pot ,microwave, outdoor firepit, and outdoor propane grill. Heat in cabin is a propane space heater and electric space heater. Overlooking small pond. We currently have bald eagles and golden eagles sighted daily. Close to the snowmobile trail, 4-wheeler trails, horse trails and the Pigeon River State forest. I-75 does run along side of property, but has a tree line which blocks the sight of it.

Cozy Up North Apartment

Clean, cute, and welcoming! Vanderbilt is a small, quiet town. For more things to do, visit Gaylord (8 miles), Boyne City (15 miles) or Petoskey (20 miles). This historic property dates back to the 1930’s so please note this home is old and has a wall furnace in the living room, & closing the bedroom doors can make it colder in there during the winter months. There are space heaters in both rooms. The locked door in the master bedroom is my cleaning closet, if questions please ask.

Summertime: Golf, boat, fish, kayak, paddle board, water ski & tube during the day. Fire pit for relaxing at night. Beach House Restaurant (summer only) across the lake with sunset views. There is no lake access at the cottage, private dock is available at our home a few doors down. Wintertime: 4 miles to ski & snowboard Boyne Mtn, Avalanche indoor waterpark too! 9.6 miles to Jordan Valley snowmobile parking. Cross country ski and snowshoe options are many, visitboynecitymichigan.com.

Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
