Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most wooded and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly at the Müggelspree about 500 m from Lake Müggel. The apartment offers space for 2 people with child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow for a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dish-washer, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. In addition, we offer you a sitting area with TV, a separate workspace with desk, as well as internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels provided) is under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, they are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to a cozy stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is secured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spreetunnel. At Müggelsee you have the possibility to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. With the tram you can get into the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Rathaus of Köpenick with a Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram) you can immerse yourself in the big city hustle and bustle of Berlin after 30 minutes.

studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Beautifully designed 45 sqm apartment . With separate access from the front house or the Schlosspark Plaue . Adjacent in the back house is the ceramics workshop , gladly visit :-) , and my living area...150 m through the castle park is the charming , morbid castle and castle tavern right on the lake....All places visible in the photos, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from the loft.... Electric bikes and kayaks are available for rent and table tennis who can play...Greetings from the potter

Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. 85 square meters with 2,70 meters of ceiling heights, a balcony on Hackescher Markt neighborhood (the most central in Berlin! ), with a rare view on our „Eiffel tower“, Berlin TV tower. 2 big bedrooms (one with a king-sized bed).
