My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Bungalow mit Terrasse und Pool! The pool operates from May until September ( according to the weather). The bungalow is located in a quiet location in a picturesque town. Lidl, Billa, Bipa, Dm and so on foot are within walking distance (1km/15 min. walk). Within walking distance there is also the city center (15min. ), bus stop (10min walk), train station (16min. walk). The hospital is located 3min. by car and 10min. walk. Vienna Airport- 35min. by car. Airport- Bratislava- 25min. by car.

Modern townhouse located not far from the historic centre, close to the bus station and the new shopping centre Nivy and Eurovea. The air-conditioned, three-storey house with a terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, is fully furnished and consists of four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet and a living room with a well-equipped kitchen. Parking is possible close to the house. Its location and spaciousness make it ideal for families and groups of friends.

Beautiful 2-room house (terrace) newly built in 2020. The house has its own parking in front of the house. The house has a beautiful terrace of 10 m2 with a garden of 40 m2. There is a beautiful rattan garden seating on the terrace. Very good accessibility to the center of Bratislava (20 min) and fast connection to the highway within approx. 5 min. In the vicinity you will find several restaurants, shops, cafes, groceries, pharmacy, post office, etc.

You will have the entire house for yourself (part of a twin house) surrounded by restaurants, pubs, bars, shops, grocery store and still in a very quiet street.
