Radiant Townhouse Flat near Seven Dials

The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. We hope you find everything you need to have an enjoyable stay but we are close by so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. Please note that this is a quiet residential area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. Spacious 2 bed cottage sleeps six with private courtyard. Quiet central location with free off street parking for 2 standard size cars. Just 2 mins from beach and i360 and minutes from Brighton's great restaurants and nightlife. Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Small double sofa bed. (The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am

My newly refurbished two double bedroom apartment with private entrance is very centrally located in Brighton, but is very quiet and secure. 2 min walk to the beach at the end of road and just around the corner from western road with loads of bars, pubs, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The flat is cozy & has a great feel to it, It has fast 60+Mbps fiber internet & desks so you can holiday or work remotely when staying here! There is also a private outdoor secret courtyard at the back!

Beautiful 11-foot high ceilings in a home that blends spacious rooms with an industrial-chic aesthetic.
