Amazing Victorian House overlooking the docks

Beautiful, arty, four bedroomed Victorian family house. The house backs onto the historical docks and has the river Avon at the front. situated in the city centre on Spike Island. Stunning views, all mod cons, only a few mins walk from Wapping Wharf and the city centre. Free wifi, 1Gbps & parking for two cars. This is an amazing space for a getaway with family and friends. We have been super hosts on Airbnb for years, offering rooms in our house. We are now offering the whole house.

The property is situated in a conservation area directly across the road to Avon Valley Woodlands Local Nature Reserve, with Beeses area garden across the water. (15 minute drive to get round to it) Host occupies top floor. The price is for two guests, extra guests are £25 pp.

The Snug is the perfect place for short stays if you like a private space instead of a hotel. You'll have everything you need, all in one cosy place. Our self checkin is quick & easy. Your own private entrance & driveway. We are outside the Clean Air Zone. The Snug is a separate building in the garden of our property. We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.
