This spacious, newly refurbished cottage is on a busy and bustling farm and racehorse training yard, so expect tractors and horses to be passing your window! Conkers is a stylish and spacious self contained annexe within Chestnut House which has it's own private entrance and has recently been renovated to include a well equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Sleeping for two adults is provided in a king-sized bed separated from an open plan living area by a bookshelf screen. A separate bedroom with two single beds can accomodate two children/teenagers. Conkers is in the Avebury World Heritage site and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.
