This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Fully renovated private walkout basement offers a relaxing modern decor, with all the amenities you will need for short or long-term stays. The space is located in east Boulder and boasts a quiet neighborhood setting w/easy walking access to open space trails, and only 6 miles to Pearl Street Mall.
