Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length Skåne farm in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen." Immediate proximity to all the comforts of the village. Here you will have a good stay in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. Possibility of 2 extra beds, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic if you want to experience amazing scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

Cottage in Juleboda/ Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

Lansatorpet is a three-legged farm from the 1850s that is beautifully situated on a gravel road in the forest of Österlen between St Olof and Brösarp with Mariavalls Kloster as the nearest neighbor. The forest is filled with a rich wildlife, wild rink, blueberries and mushrooms. In summer, the garden around the house is visited by a large amount of colorful butterflies and hungry bumblebees. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. 160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
