Ground floor house, heated pool (with solar heater), with garage for 4 cars, integrated environments, well ventilated, bright and cozy. Ideal for families and groups of friends. Excellent location. The house has three en-suites, 1 bathroom, gourmet space with barbecue, TV room, dining room, equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the entire house. No bedding and bathding, we have pillows! It has a structure to accommodate up to 8 people we welcome with affection and hospitality!

Charming hosting in a privileged location on the bank of Rio, in Parque dos Saltos de Brotas. New construction, well equipped and stylish. In this loft, everything was thought of with great care and concern with details: hot tub, Egyptian cotton trousseau, two showers, windows and acoustic door to hear the sound of the waterfalls if you want. There are a few meters of great restaurants, sightseeing agencies, bakery and supermarket, making the use of a vehicle dispensable.
