Luxurious and Comfortable Penthouse facing the Castles

Sit on the 2 terraces of the top floor to admire on one side of the apartment the view of the city and on the other side the forest, the lake, the beautiful Château Sainte-Anne and the property of Val Duchesse. Combining comfort, design and beautiful volumes, this renovated and tastefully decorated accommodation has a fully equipped American kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms with very comfortable quality beds that will make you forget the stress of everyday life. Very bright and quiet apartment. Peace and warmth are the key words of this place without forgetting the beautiful sunsets. My apartment is the ideal 2 bedroom apartment located on the 9th floor of a well maintained building. It is 2 minutes from the famous Rouge Cloître and 2 minutes from a tram station as well as less than 10 minutes walk from a metro station (Hermann Debroux). This apartment has been completely renovated and decorated with taste and with all my love for design and comfortable materials. The sofa is composed of goose feathers as well as a shape memory system. My bed is a springbox with medium comfort geltec mattress (very comfortable). Lots of lighting and candle choices, which makes it extremely warm. The apartment is piercing which makes it very bright during the day. In the master bedroom you will find a remote control for electric shutters and in the 2nd bedroom, opaque curtains. Garage space with remote control. 14 minutes from the center (Louise-Flagey-place Poelaart). 16 minutes from Brussels airport. Close to highways. At 2 min you will find various supermarkets as well as restaurants of all kinds... Great apartment and ideally located! Parking included A large private garden is located in front of the building and you just have to take two steps towards the castle to discover one of the most beautiful historical avenues in the region I am available by SMS and by phone at 0483 738 402 or by email at audrey.birman@laposte.net. I will stay 2 min walk from the apartment Wake up in a beautiful green setting, in the immediate vicinity of Rouge-Cloître Parks, Mellaerts Ponds and Woluwe. Located in Auderghem, the accommodation also offers easy access to many supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Hermann Debroux metro station at 1 tram station or less than 10 min walk, 1 min from tram 94 and tram 8. 2 minutes from bus 34. 16 minutes by car from Zaventem airport and 14 minutes from the city center (Louise metro: access to the center on foot via the elevator facing Poelaerts Square) and 9 minutes from the city center (Art Loi metro: facing the park and Place Royale. The center is at your feet, all you have to do is walk). You will have an exceptional view of the Château Sainte Anne and the forest... Calm and good vibes are the key words of the house.

Historic Townhouse Apartment in Jardin Aux Fleurs

Step back in time in a townhouse dating back to 1834 in the city center. The cozy apartment boasts original features, including the decorative bricked-up fireplace, high ceilings, and ceiling roses, combined with contemporary artwork and vintage mid century modern design. Tram line 51 stops at 150 meters from the door, 3 stops (only 5 minutes) from Midi train station. Official Brussels Tourism registration number: 320113 Recently renovated spacious flat (65m²) on the first floor of an authentic townhouse (built in 1834) in the city center. Bright living room with flat screen television (over 200 channels), well equipped kitchen with induction cooker and microwave oven. One bedroom with a double bed (1m60), spacious bathroom with a bath which comfortably fits 2 people, shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is totally independent, so you will have your own space. Free wireless internet (WIFI), bed linen and fresh towels are provided, as well as an open view on a square full of trees. The apartment is on the first floor of the house. I live on the ground floor. I will be there to welcome you in person when you arrive, give you a map of the city, and lots of personal recommendations. I'm also the owner of the property, so no hassle with agencies or subletting problems. Question or problem? Just come knock my door on the ground floor or send me a message on Airbnb! The apartment is located in the Jardin Aux Fleurs quarter, which recently won a poll by local media as Brussels' nicest neighborhood. It’s a relaxed area within walking distance of most major sights. Grand Place is only a 10-minute walk away. The tram takes you in less than 10 minutes to Midi train Station (line 51, 4 stops from Arts&Métiers, which is 150 meters from the front door). It's fairly easy to park your car on the street in the neighborhood, but make sure to pay. Check in is after 2PM, check out before 11AM. I can be flexible though, depending on other guests checking in or out that day. Just ask should you have concerns about your check in or check out time. I have a busy job as a garden designer and am often out of the house to visit clients. Should you notice you're running late and won't get to the apartment at the agreed upon time, let me know so I can adapt my planning and make sure you get a warm welcome when you arrive. Stylish 2 bedroom apartment in Brussels

The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 19th century house (we live on the 1st floor). It is only 3 metro stops from Midi train Station and can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for children under 12. The apartment has been fully renovated and tastefully furnished to make you feel at home: fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, a suite with a king double bed, an studio with a sofa bed, shower & bathtub, washing machine, wifi, cable TV....
