The unit has a king-sized bed in the bedroom along with a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and large shower to accommodate multiple guests. The building has just undergone a complete renovation. The main floor of the building is now home to Highland Brewing, Bun Intended, Farm Dogs, Buxton Hall Chicken Shack, The Hop Ice Cream, and the Times Coffee Bar.
