We offer the basement in our house in an exclusive green quiet location in the middle of the Vienna Woods with a garage space. It is 20 km to downtown Vienna, the highway 4 km and the airport 20 km. There are many opportunities for leisure activities all around. In the immediate vicinity are cinema, shopping center, restaurants, towering, climbing rocks, police, countless hiking trails, castles, a spa, ski resorts... Our cat occasionally crosses the basement to the cat flap.
