Rural, modern & fully air-conditioned holiday apartment

Lovingly, cozy & fully air-conditioned furnished apartment on the ground floor in a rural location. (Still close to the highway, it's a 5-minute drive to the A38.) The city center of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in 5 minutes by car (or 30 min walk via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide bike path, as it is about 800 m away. Our surroundings are wonderful to escape the stresses of everyday life and recharge the battery:)

You live in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a nice terrace and the garden (fire bowl) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with oven and refrigerator, there is also a washing machine available. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with nice neighbors, the small town, with good infrastructure, is within walking distance in five minutes.

Lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment in a rural location with great transport connections to Kassel, Göttingen & Hanover. The A7, A38 and B27 are only 5 minutes away. Göttingen city centre & train station are a quarter of an hour away. Cyclists get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it leads right past our front door. We are a seven-member patchwork family with some cattle, live & work on our farm & look forward to seeing you!

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventure seekers, families (with kids) and larger groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and are very comfortable regularly.
