Fabulous coastal studio house on beautiful North Norfolk coast. Walking distance to Wells next the Sea with its harbour and long sandy beaches, where you can often see seals. Juliet balcony, own private garden and parking on drive. Sleeps 2 adults + child/baby. Great sea/country views. Enjoy our huge, wonderful starry skies. Comfortable accommodation in Burnham Norton.

Hill Stile House Annexe is in a quiet location overlooking the marshes. It is set back from the road and has off road parking for three cars. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large garden and children may use the trampoline. Burnham Norton is five minutes from Burnham Market and Burnham Overy Staithe, ten minutes from Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham, Brancaster and Titchwell. The Norfolk Coastal Path is easily accessible by foot as are many wonderful trails. Burnham Norton Marsh is a nature reserve.
