Cozy house by the beach - Randsfjorden on Hadeland

House on farmyard by idyllic Randsfjorden right by the beach. One hour from Oslo. Cozy garden with fruit trees, lilac and roe - two warm patios. The house is from early 1900s and renovated in recent times. The house has a kitchen, two living rooms and WC downstairs. Exit to the porch and garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with toilet and shower. Exit to balcony. Lovely cultural landscape and attractions such as Lokstallen, Hadeland Glassverk and Kistefos. There are great hiking opportunities around the house and in the area.

The house belongs on a larger property with inhabited main house. There are 2 floors and about 70mm. The house has one bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor with room for two people. (Remember! Linens and towels are not included in rent). Bedroom in the chamber set with a double bed and a single bed. Two bedrooms on 2 floors with double beds. Curtain between rooms. Old beds,L 190. Upgraded with top mattress of 7cm. Cozy outdoor area. Games and seating. Convenience store 100 M. Ski out/ski in, light track, which shines from nightfall until 10: 00 pm every day and about 40 km uphill runs. Simple standard.

Welcome to our lovely, newly renovated guesthouse! Here you can relax in peaceful surroundings and enjoy our amazing view towards both Gaustatoppen and Blefjell. The house is centrally located in Hovin 350m from the convenience store, with hiking opportunities right outside the door, or 15 min drive to get to prepped ski slopes and mountains. Hovin is a village in Telemark belonging to the same municipality as the World Heritage City of Rjukan - a perfect location for a day trip! The driving time is 2h from Oslo, 1h from Kongsberg.
