Renovated In 2023. Located 10 minutes from the beaches and the citadel of Calvi, the villa is adjoining and not overlooked. It is composed of a large living room with equipped kitchen, sitting area with sofa tables and TV area, two bedrooms (one with bed in 160 and the second 2 beds in 80 x 200 that can be combined) and a bathroom with toilet. The terrace consists of a dining area with barbecue, a jacuzzi and sunbathing.
