Very quiet and peaceful 2 bedroom unit is at the end of the house with it's own entrance and parking. *(There is an extra charge for use of the second bedroom) Fully self contained with oven, fridge/freezer, Kureg coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk and muesli also. There is a dryer for guests use. Our place backs onto Wildlife Habitat Area. Out in the country but only 20 minutes from Cochrane and an hour from Calgary Airport.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This secluded property is set on top of hill in the some of the most beautiful farmland in Alberta. Sit on the patio and enjoy your evening beverage and watch the sun go down over the Rocky Mountains. In the winter you can go cross country skiing and tobogganing. This house has internet and ROKU TV with Netflix but has no connection to live TV. The house will sleep up to 8 adults and there is still bed space for 4 children.

Beautiful rustic off-grid straw bale cabin surrounded by unspoiled nature and working ranch lands, located between Calgary and Canmore. Running water May-Oct, wood stove and old-fashioned outhouse. Cozy and simple with all the comforts you need. We lived in this little cabin with two toddlers for over a year while we built our house and it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is magical in the winter. Fun fact: A full length feature film was recently filmed here!
