Panoramic sea views at this studio hanging above the Marcel Proust Promenade on the third floor with elevator of a residence in the heart of the fan close to mini golf and close to the city center. You will enjoy the large covered balcony, direct access to the beach, and a parking space in the basement (SUV excluded).
