Fully furnished kitchen equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven/microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and provided with delicacies and basic necessities. Bedroom with two single beds also enriched with wall fresco for a refreshing sleep. Large and elegant double bedroom with splendid views in several directions of the lake. Two picturesque bathrooms complete with shower and including products for the care and hygiene of the body. The access to the house is independent, guests will have access to each area of the apartment floor and the related garden. We are always available from the moment of arrival until departure, also to advise you on the most exclusive tours and activities of the lake Brienno is an ancient and uncontaminated Celtic village. Come and experience its portals, porticoes and stone pavements embraced by the lake and the green mountains. The silence here is surreal, and will take you on a journey back in time. C10/20 bus lines that depart every hour towards both the top of the lake and Como. Boat trip on Sunday morning with return in the evening after sailing on the whole lake. From the village you can climb the mountains of Brienno with the characteristic farmhouses (also visitable on request) or for good hikers you can go further to reach the Alpe Comana and Schignano also passing through the "Scala Santa" on a very steep mule track. It is possible every morning in front of the Church ( from 7:30 to 9:00 from Monday to Thursday) to buy basic food from Davide, a merchant who with his mobile shop offers typical products of Lake Como and Lombard culture such as meats,bread and cheeses. You can also buy fruits and vegetables on Mondays from 11:00 to 13:00 and Fridays from 17:00 to 18:00. At only 10min drive you can find supermarkets very well stocked. 2km away towards Argegno you can eat in a renowned restaurant on Lake Como called "Il crotto dei Platani" with veranda and garden on the lake. From August will also open the Bar/Restaurant/Pizzeria right in the center of Brienno conveniently accessible on foot from the apartment.

Beautiful lake view, free parking space in the garage and private garden, kitchen complete with everything, laundry in the garage. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, the documents will be asked for registration and 100 euros of deposit, which will be returned upon departure. The additional costs are. The additional costs are. 1.50 euros of tourist tax per person.( with regret it is not suitable for people with disabilities )(no charging the electric machine in the apartment garage without asking for the additional costs)

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista del primo bacino del lago di Como ed ammirare la città.

A Jewel of Lake View

The apartment is located in Moltrasio in the upper part of the town (Tosnacco), so it offers an amazing view of the lake, even from the bedroom. The living and dining area has a comfortable pull-out sofa so the house can easily accomodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The large bathroom is well appointed with a ‘tropical rain’ shower on natural stones. But attention: the house is ca. 200 m above the public parkings, so you need to be fit to get up the stairs!

Cosy loft with a lovely view

This loft is located on a quiet road, just ten minutes walk from the beautiful Torno's Harbour where you will find bars and restaurants. The town of Como is only 7km away and it is easily reachable by bus or by boat. At the moment Torno's Harbour is closed for maintenance. According to the authorities, it should be reopened the first week of May.
