located on the place called ''lachanau'', Pretty house, air-conditioned and comfortable. Conveniently located near the lake and the ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horse, visiting the castles of the Medoc and also: naps in the sun or half shade, pétanque and books available, children's games...what happiness! The house is fenced ( parking 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Nice fisherman's house 100m from the ocean

Nice little renovated fisherman's house, bright. Close to the ocean, you will be a few meters from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but be careful in July and August our seaside resort is very lively, our little house loses its tranquility. Ideal for a couple with 2 children, we do not accept more than 4 people. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

HOURTIN Bourg Maison T3 completely renovated in 2020 of 65 m2 with an enclosed garden of 600 m2 close to shops . The house includes a living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with sheets (maximum 5 people with baby), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking house. I hand over the key. 30 euros cleaning fee, for those who do not want to do the cleaning.
