A spacious living room, large kitchen with modern appliances and a king-bed bedroom and bathroom. Looking over the park, with spectacular sunset views from the living room. The house is at the heart of the historic center of Oeiras, a typical Portuguese town - pedestrian streets, farmers market, bakery, cafes, local shops, public library, parks and, of course, the beach and the marina. Prepare for sleeping well, listening to the birds in the morning and the church bell (only during the day). You will also have access to the use of our relaxing outdoor patio, complete with BBQ, table, chairs and an outdoors couch. Bring your book and a refreshing drink - life is good. We and our two children live next door, so you can be assured we will be around to cater to any question or need. We love meeting new people but we're also happy to just give you your keys and some recommendations and leave you alone to explore and relax. We'll be your perfect neighbours, out of your way but around in case you need anything! Oeiras historic center is a gem we fell in love with in 2015 when we returned to Portugal. A beautiful safe town on a sandy beach, with cobblestone streets where you can walk or cycle, a perfect sense of community, lots of History with the Palace, the church, the well kept romantic parks, fabulous and diverse food options (traditional and modern), art galleries, theaters, markets, museums, the marina with all its outdoor and ocean options, and less than 20 minutes from downtown Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais. Some call it Lisbon's beach district, we call it home. The apartment has a stunning frontal sea view, from the living room, bedroom and kitchen, it faces south and has lots of light. It is only a 2 min walk to the beach(Poça beach) and 5 min to train station ( 10 mins to Cascais and 30 mins to Lisbon). The location is ideal for water sport lovers (surf/paddle). You can enjoy walking, jogging or cycling along the shore to Cascais using the promenade (paredão). The neighbourhood has lovely cafes, a wonderful grocery shop as well as many restaurants.

A pleasant space full of light, near the train station (2 minutes), 7 minutes walk to the beach. With complete amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Close to supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away on each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 2 eur/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform has no way to charge it, I have to ask you directly.

Hi, I'm Claudia, I just remodeled this apartment, and tried to make it as comfortable as possible, it's ideal for families and groups of friends. It's at a 3 min walk to the beach (300mt) and 12 min walk to the train station that takes you to the center of Lisbon. The building is on a square filled with restaurants and a supermarket. Looking for a big, beautiful and modern apartment right next to the beach? You found it. 4 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace and a little bit of a sea view. The apartment is located 100 meters from the beach. Big open kitchen & living room. We have many bars, restaurants, a bakery and even a supermarket all within 2 minutes walk.
