2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath upstairs villa in the Perla Boneriano gated community. Our home is bright, clean and airy with a very good breeze coming across the upstairs balcony most parts of the day. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor table and chairs set to enjoy a meal and gorgeous sunsets most nights. Laundry room with washer and drying rack is provided as well as cleaning supplies. Condo looks over the community pool and mature palm tree garden. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms and Living room.

Fantastic villa with pool, garden and sea view

This spacious, lovely house has two floors, upstairs are 3 double bedrooms and downstairs 2. We host the apartment downstairs only in combination with the main house, so you always have complete privacy, even if you only rent the main house. The views from the covered porch are amazing, daytime and also in the evening (sunset!) The pool has a sun deck with sun loungers. We also have 2 pickups for rent at €55 per day incl. all-risk insurance. This needs to be booked separately.

Chill villa; private pool lovely garden near beach

I like offer my villa for a couple of months a year while traveling. The villa is well maintained, has a big private pool! It's great to relax on the big porch watching the tropical garden, with the tropical trade wind providing a cool breeze. On some reviews you'll find our cats and chicken. They are not present anymore. Luckely the tropical birds are still here!
