Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. The waterbus stop is about 400 meters away, without bridges. TOURIST TAX: 4€ per person (12 years or more) per night [not included]. The tax must be paid to the municipality of Venice. Codice locazione turistica: M0270426474. Goditi la magia di Venezia soggiornando in una casa dallo stile moderno ma caratterizzata da grande classe ed eleganza. Estremamente luminosa, silenziosa e arricchita da vivaci tocchi di colore, è l’ideale per una coppia. Puo' ospitare fino a 3 persone dato che vi è un comodo divano letto matrimoniale. Attenzione però che il bagno si trova al piano superiore e per accedervi bisogna passare per la camera da letto open space.
