Excellent house on the beach of Cumbuco, with all the infrastructure for a wonderful journey, ample land, quiet place. House has 4 bedrooms (2 suites), barbecue, large living room and balcony, internet, swimming pool and all convenience for those looking for tranquility and an excellent beach. Very well located 100m from the beach and 600m from the central village of cumbuco where there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies. Close to the main beach spots, 300m, such as hard-beach and kite cabin.

A house with great charm and comfort. The house is located a few meters from the beach and a quick displacement from the village center, then next to the dunes of Cumbuco. The property has a large garden, swimming pool, and a barbecue area. Ideal for families and lovers of kitesurfing. It includes a full kitchen. Duplex house (gated community): 2 bedrooms (air conditioning), 1 suite with a convertible bathroom, ground floor bathroom, deck with a private barbecue and a shower, a full kitchen. In the common area there is a swimming pool (5 by 3 meters). It is 2 blocks from the beach and tent ANOTHER BEACH. The keys for check-in according to the time of arrival may be picked up in Fortaleza (20 min from the airport). Excessive electricity (above 5kwh/day) may EVENTUALLY be charged separately (see additional rules).

Ideal beach house for 2 Casais

Dining with the whole family in this stylish place. Quietly cozy. A good infrastructure, because around there are supermarkets, pharmacies, breakfast, restaurants, even health care. Povo simpatico, hospitable people always ready to help. Township of the beach 300m and close to the centrinho. Exlente location. We do not accept exchange of guests, the person who booked has to be present throughout the stay. I do not accept Pet. Children from 10 years old accompanied by their parents.

Passionate house in Cumbuco - CE

Cumbuco is located 25 km from Fortaleza. In addition to beautiful Cumbuco has 4 nearby beaches,Iparana, Icarai, Tabuba, and also nearby Lagoa do Banana. Tourist city but developed, hot weather and wind throughout the year ideal for practicing sports such as Kitesurfing that is a reference in the Site. The house is 100 meters from Squibunda one of the most sought after sights in Cumbuco. *NOTE*: Impeccably clean house, but the Dunes in front can bring sand particles with the wind.

Welcome to our nice house, Casa dos Ventos. Located in the fisherman's village Cumbuco, which is well known for it’s perfect beaches for kitesurfing. You find the beach only 300 meters from the house! The house has all the luxury you need, Large and clean rooms, 3 bathrooms, nice swimming pool, tropical garden with lots of hammocks, and a nice view over the beautiful sand dunes. Cumbuco Beach - Big house, spacious garden, pool

Our house is quite big, just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes drive to the Cumbuco Village. Ideal for kitesurfing, with spacious garden and beautiful lawn and fruit trees. Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.
