Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Wohnatelier umgebaut habe, er ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett und Komposttoilette in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Im Garten gibt es eine Feuerstelle. Komposttoilette und Solar - Außendusche.

Bauwagen in Leina

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um einen Bauwagen von ca. 210 cm mal 360 cm Grösse. Er steht im Garten hinter meinem Wohnhaus und hat einen wunderbaren Blick zum Thüringer Wald. Wasser und Strom sind vorhanden aber nur für einfache Verwendung.( Solardusche ) Keine Küche bzw. Kochgelegenheit.... Im Wagen gibt es ein Bett von 140cm mal 200 cm welches man in der Nacht herunter klappen kann. Ansonsten zwei Sitzbänke mit Tisch und Regal. Im Garten befidet sich eine Trockentoilette.

The construction car was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dike. The approx. 18 sqm large construction trolley offers a cozy overnight place for up to two people in a 1.40 m wide sleeping bunk in both summer and winter. In the wagon there is an equipped pantry kitchen with 2-burner stove, fridge and hot water. The bed is about 140 x 200 cm with a few centimeters' air 'at the head and foot end. Next to the trailer, there is an odor-neutral composting toilet. The bathroom is in our house and must be shared with us.

It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is part of a small tiny house holiday settlement (four houses). Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!
