The apartment has a southern exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and the Vauban City are within walking distance only 300m from the apartment. It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. Serre Chevalier station is 1.5 km away by car and also by bus with the stop 200 m away. The apartment has a garage, very convenient especially in winter! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13 km away!

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Vauban City 5 minutes walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It's very functional and charming. This apartment is perfect for couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttles stop and urban bus 30m away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Everything is there but you have to go: Attention access: Narrow mountain road in 4km land accessible with a rustic vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new vehicles and/or low checkout. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, allow 45 minutes maximum. Four holes of golf (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
