Beachfront apt. - 45min from Athens

Comfortable apartment steps from the beach located in the picturesque fishing village of Nea Artaki. The apartment sleeps 4 people - there's a qeen bed in the bedroom and a couch that opens up into a queen bed in the living room. There is one bathroom, which has recently been redone. There is also clothes washing machine in the bathroom. There is a full kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer and all cooking utensils). Nea Artaki is a 10 minute drive from Chalkida, the capital of Evia, and a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the Athens airport. Evia is connected to the mainland by suspension bridge - no need for ferries or internal flights. The town is full of local taverns serving fresh fish and local cuisine and lively cafes line the coast. There is a beautiful view of the marina & beach from the apartment's large balcony. All conviences are within walking distance from the apartment (convenient store, atms, supermarket, bakery, etc). There is a bread delivery truck that delivers fresh bread to the apartment building daily. If you enjoy cooking & don't mind waking up early you can buy the fish yourself from the fisherman who unload each morning at the marina. There is also a weekly town market selling fresh fruits/vegetables/fish - a ten minute walk from the apartment. A car is a must in order to explore the beautiful beaches in the vicinity. The beach in front of the apartment is small with a couple of umbrellas and draws the locals who go for their daily swim. A 15 minute drive away is a more organized beach with many bar/cafes that offer service, music, water sports, and a more lively scene on the weekends. There are several other beautiful and quiet beaches within a 15 minute drive from the apartment. There are also cultural and recreational activies in the area: museums, archeological sites, wineries, horseback riding, tennis, wind/kite surfing, hiking, biking. For nightlife and shopping a ten minute drive to the island's capital, Chalkida, is your best bet. During the month of August the town organizes cultural events at the port ranging from traditional music & greek dancing to the yearly fish festival. The location is also convenient for day trips to Athens as the apartment is only an hour away by car or public transportation. This is a great place to enjoy an authentic Greek experience amongst the locals.

Brand new Penthouse overlooking Halkis

Sunny, recently renovated penthhouse on the 5th floor with big veranda and fabulous view to the Halkida reef! It is only 5 minutes on foot from the sea! It has elevator, fully equipped kitchen with oven, fully A/C, bed linen and towels provide. It has a sofa bed in the living room, so it can accommodate 4 people in total. Also, the hall can be used as a wonderful office with great view. Plz note for bookings longer than 10 days a weekly cleaning service must be provided at the cost of 20 euro.

30m², on the 4th floor, entirely renovated, at the edge of the Karababa grove, with a magnificent view from the balcony over the Gulf of Euboea, the city of Chalkis and the mount Dirfis in the background. It is just 300 meters from the train station, a 5-minute walk from the beach Asteria and the old bridge. The historic fortress of Karababa, the pedestrian seafront with the restaurants and the cafeterias as well as the central pedestrian zone with the shops are also within walking distance.

The apartment is a 4th floor studio. In the bedroom, in addition to the double bed there is a comfortable two-seater sofa (no bed), wall-mounted mirror, large TV and living room table. The kitchen has modern cabinets, table and all the necessary appliances. In the bathroom there is a small bathtub, washing machine and the necessary accessories. The guesthouse is very close to the beaches of Sykia, Papathanasiou and Kourenti and the stop for the University (former TEI ).

"Avra" Bright and cozy place near the city center

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest beach is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.), while "Papathanasiou" beach and "Sykies" beach follow closely behind. Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. from the entrance of the apartment building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!

This special place is close to everything, right in the center of Chalkida , overlooks the beach of Chalkida and the old bridge. Enjoy its unique view , watching the “crazy waters” drift and sailing ! The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people . It has 2 double beds as well as a large sofa bed. Beautiful apartment next to the sea where guests can enjoy swimming in the sea which is right in front. The center of Chalkida is 10 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car and bus, and there is also a city bus stop. At 50 meters from the house you will find a pharmacy, super market, tavern, cafe bar, and ouzo.
