Located on a shared property with other guests at the nature rich and eco friendly Casa del Cenote Negro, guests at the Annex (Ice Box) have a studio with a small but complete bathroom, spacious and fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and small outdoor terrace area. There is a full sized bed and bunkbeds as well as a sofa bed. The bunkbeds are Mayan sized, best for kids under 12 or short adults. Our place is kid and pet friendly -- you'll have shared use of kayaks, bikes, toys, basketball :)

Pick fresh limes from a tree located on site. The Casa comes equipped with beach towels & coffee to get you started in the morning. Secure gated parking and only four blocks from the center of town and 10 mins to 3 swimming areas. Also one block to a running track. Bikes are available for rent. A new swimming pool has been added.
